SEMA Tacoma TRD T|X Pro Become Reality!

CT4WD went to the SEMA Show in Las Vegas last year and saw a nice black Tacoma TRD T|X Concept at the Toyota booth.  There have been quite a few times where a nice SEMA concept never sees the light of day after the show.  Well, looks like this one made it out and in fine form as well.  We just hope the T|X doesn't stand for Tacoma X-treme of something similar.

I'm sure most of you are familiar with "Overlanding", the idea of going on a self-reliant overland journey, primarily going to relatively remote destinations and, generally, doing a lot of camping along the way. Well there are a few people taking it to great extremes and I just wanted to shine a light on this adventurous Dutch couple that have done (and are still doing) exactly that. Coen and Karin-Marijke have been on the road, almost non-stop since 2003.

We started the journey at 6:30PM from Calgary which started from the Colosseum. We set off with April, Chris K, Blaine, Victor and myself with passenger's Francis, Meghan and Frank. Gary, Johnathan and David E. were already there stoking the fire. We headed on the #22 towards Chain Lakes where we took the Forestry Trunk 532 to Coleman. We were greeted with some spectacular views in the higher alpine before descending and winding our way through the gravel.

What an incredible trail run at McLean Creek.  This was our June 1Day Trip (formerly known as the Easy Run) with spectacular views and excellent company.  We started the day out at 8:30 AM at the McLean Creek General Store where we met up with April, Meghan, Bette, Jeff M., Blake, Gary, Will, Justin, Shayne, Daryl, and Keith.
